Photographing newborns is one of our favorite types of sessions!  There’s nothing as adorable as a brand new baby….and really, how precious is this beauty?!

Meet baby Jocelyn…

Fall has arrived, and with it, the holiday season! So, we thought it was adorable to see this little bit of Christmas cheer. : )

Love Fridays….and Family features! If you’ve followed our wedding/workshop images, you’ve seen the beautiful makeup worn by many of our clients. So, when the amazing, Jenny, who we love to work with, mentioned having us photograph her sister’s family, we were super excited. We thought we’d share a small sneak peek with you from their family session. I think the sunlight came out perfectly for Vandi’s family…they are such a sweet family, how could it not?! : )

We are so excited to share this “styled” family session with you!

Meet Kate and James, plus handsome little Owen and the gorgeous Eliza. This precious family is close to us~ they’re fabulous friends, and some of our most loyal clients (really! If you look, you’ll find the kiddos photos sprinkled throughout the website and you’ll be able to see them grow up before your eyes- totally fun time travel! : ). Kate had some great ideas for her family session- from antique props to a family game of croquet, it was all so fun!

We started the day with some photos of Owen.

His mama and papa brought a fancy little rocking horse for him to ride, but he decided it was much more fun to drag it around ; )

The gorgeous Eliza…she was all smiles. And how sweet is this vintage carriage Kate found?!

If I had a series like this of me with my big brothers, I would just die. I LOVE it! Owen decided he was going to push his sister around, and after being told “no”, he found the lock lever and proceeded to try to unlock it. His expressions through the whole process are too cute!!!

Owen saw a butterfly. He was seriously dismayed when it flew off, but we couldn’t part with the cute photo. It’s one of our favorite black and whites.

Smiles were back, and he’s just the cutest kiddo! He even rode the little antique horse for one photo. : )

We love Owen’s professional PGA stance, and his powerful follow through with the swing…

So if you know me, you know I LOVE shoe shots. I think they tell a story all on their own…. and Kate and James have a really really beautiful story. : )
